As I thought about what my topic would be, it certainly did not take me long to figure it out. I try to share with you things I have experienced because I know that if I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t want to listen to someone that has not experienced my similar experiences. ☺ It certainly makes sense. The people that have helped me the most I identified with. I have learned some powerful antidotes from some really great people who have great testimonies of breakthroughs. One is learning to hush and hold on.

The most important thing I have learned from them about this is the silence. During my twenties I did not realize how powerful ‘silence’ really is. It wasn’t until I was in my thirties that I realized it’s power. The statement that “silence is golden” is an absolute truth. I want to share with you that every difficult situation that I have dealt with, I’m talking about the ones that are so painful that you SHOULD scream, I have literally handled in silence. My silence may not be your silence. My silence is that I go into my prayer closet and I present my problem before the Lord. If I have had to cry my eyes out, scream ‘why’, whine about it, I have done that to OUR LORD quietly. The Lord has truly taught me how to hush and hold on.

I’m not saying you won’t share what you have dealt with to close friends/family. But, giving it over to the Lord in HIS SILENCE gives you so much comfort and peace. You don’t have to suffer in silence. You can turn the definition of that around because I know when you give your problems to the Lord, He will handle it. I came to the Lord quietly and He quietly worked it out. Same for you . Amazing.
I encourage you to go to the Lord privately. You may be going through something that’s just not meant for you to handle. Goto the Lord and I challenge you to hush and hold on and watch the Lord move on your behalf.
