Vincent (Vince) Pradia, has over 40 years in WW Electronic Manufacturing business and leadership, holding executive positions within several fortune 500 companies managing upwards of $20B in responsibility, with over 2K indirect WW employees, with direct leadership impact to the companies P&L, such as Flextronics, now known as Flex, Digital Equipment, now HP, Maxtor and his last manufacturing opportunity was with Asteelflash, Group, which also is his most recent decision to semi-retire last year, as their WW Corp. Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Operations based in France.
Though Vince is highly respected in his field of manufacturing world-wide and has had a successful tenure, as well he has a strong international entrepreneurial spirit owning over the years a few privately held companies he created and sold. In 2015, he started another privately held, self-funded corporation, as CEO, of Pradia Collaborative Solutions, Corp. (PCS), with a key focus of lending his expertise / solutions and that of colleagues he has known for years world-wide, that are equally experts in their fields to the disadvantage population in our world today.
He went one step further that he calls his “give back” to a population (elderly, blind and disabled) that at times are forgotten of their contributions to our society as they have taken on age or disabilities that makes them less productive through no fault of their own. For Vince, they made many sacrifices that yielded him the successes he speaks of today. Though many countries cherish their elderly, in the US he feels we have much to do, hence he founded and developed (working with states and private sectors) inside PCS, Corp. dba Pradia Home Health Care Solutions (PHHCS), aiding in the much-needed IN-HOME care solutions for our (state paid and private pay) elderly, blind and disabled with solutions for maintaining their independence in their home, with quality of life! Vince had given back already prior to starting PHHCS by serving over 20 years of military active / reserve duty in the United States Air Force, as a Captain in the Medical Corp. of Hospital Administration. Vince holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Regis University, with a minor in Sociology.
